Yes, I had all the common tennis characteristic traits from the feet pointing outward, slight right/left shoulder mis-alignment, rib cage alignment, and etc.
Bringing more 'awareness' to oneself, understanding how to move individual body parts, in addition focus on breathing properly let me tell you... it was a challenge!
Difference between Pilates & Yoga
- Yoga provides a meditative environment for an individual to improve overall quality of life. Also focuses on stress release while improving the body.
