This is what we do in S class.

How are you enjoying your spring everyone, it's Matsushita. For some of you are still thinking about joining us but not sure if you are opt about our starting class…I am going to go over briefly what we do in the S class today.

First, The grip. You will learn how to hold a racket in natural way to fit for you.

There is not really the Right Way or the Wrong Way but the should allow you to hit high/low bounced balls with the same grip naturally.

If you are right handed: the right side is your forehand, and the left side is your backhand.
Opposite for left handed players.

1.Take back(Before the racket meets the ball)

2.Impact (racket meets the ball)

3.Follow through(finishing)

In the S class, you will learn the basics. Focusing and repeating from 1-3.
