So you thought you can't play...

Hello, this is Matsushita. My beginners classes are on Thursday and Friday. If you thought you are not good with the moving balls..especially the small one..on the court.. I will break it down so you would never think the same way!!

Have you tried WK Hawaii yet?

I am a sweets junkie!! If you didn't already know.
APF ACADEMIES has so many sweets lovers but my love for the sweets can not be beat by too many people. This is Sakai. (I can eat the full course meal and still enjoy various desserts no problem.)
The Pancakes are getting really popular here in Bangkok too. I started to see many places specialize in Pancakes.
I just visited "WK Hawaii cafe in Bangkok" on Sukhumvit soi 39.

My Pilates encounter @ The Pilatest soi 49

Good day everyone! Yesterday I had a FUN first-time ever pilates experience at 'The Pilatest' located right across the street from Samitivej hospital (soi 49). The objective was to obtain an overall physical analysis of my body through a pilates perspective.  It was definitely a unique experience!

Congratuation Koki from APF ACADEMIES for three consecutive wins!!

It's Sakai, how is everyone?
We are so happy to see Kei Nishikori (JPN) entering the world top 10. It's giving young players great motivation to be the ones following in his foot steps.

Congratuation to Kei Nishikori!! Becoming the first Japanese player to be ranked Top 10 in the world!!

Moving onward, we too have our sizzling hot K (not Kei butK...oki's K.) He is in our players class and has won another local tournament Thai tennis magazine U14 yesterday.
Koki has won in January, April and this one..Three local tournaments.

His second win!! Koki from our players class has won the local tournament!!

Palm, the other player from the players class came in third place.
Unfortunately we couldn't see Koki and Palm playing against each other in the final. We will be expecting an awesome battle between these two.

They are doing so well and we are proud of their hard work.  We must not forget to thank their family (applies to all the players)for giving APF Academies their full support every day.

Thanks for joining! 'Camp Sukhumvit' Day two action

Day 2 final of 'Camp Sukhuvmit' started off with SNAG in the day-time when the weather was supposed to be a bit cooler. It was a challenge but Pro James kept it going with a chipping game for prize. Coach George was prepared with a cooler box full of ice which indeed came in handy!
